CHARMING COTTAGE for sale

The barn measures 58 sqm. It is of traditional stone construction with tiled roof.  The barn is located about 30 meters from the house, and is currently fitted to provide comfortable stabling for 2 horses (as well as their hay and straw storage).

Although the barn is on the same core of the cottage, there is another cottage (which happen to be for sale but not ours) between our cottage and our barn. My horses were very comfortably stabled during winter nights and hot summer days. The roof and barn door are immaculate. This barn could be converted into a really nice house.

Also available are a cottage, a gîte and land
